Production Worker

Fabworks is a highly automated sheet metal manufacturer located in Ventura, CA. We are looking for employees to join our team and contribute to all aspects of the production process. This is an entry-level manufacturing role, with lots of room for growth.

Shift:

• 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

$18 - $21 hourly

• Use forklift equipment to move and store materials when needed
• Help with different parts of manufacturing, like preparing materials, running CNC laser cutters, checking quality, and shipping products
• Check work quality at each step to make sure everything meets company standards

• Dedication to keeping the workplace clean and safe
• Ability to stand and walk during full 8-hour shifts
• Willingness to learn all parts of the manufacturing process
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment
• Can repeatedly lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
