1001 Fannin Housekeeping Shift Supervisor

Summary : Keeps premises of commercial, retail, airports, hospitality, healthcare, convention centers / arenas or other institutional buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned.) :

Assist Facility Manger with scheduling VAssist with administrative dutiesCleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.

Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.Lifting chairs and place them over tables (approx. chair weight : 20-25 lbs.)

Moving chemicals (5 gal buckets approx. weight 40+ lbs.) Moving tables (approx. weight 40+ lbs.

Operates different types of equipment (i.e. burnishers, scrubbers, pressure washer) Uses ManLift or ScissorLift Machine Washes windows, door panels, and sills

Supervisory Responsibilities : Supervision of shift responsibility, handling employee issues.
