Responsibilities :
- Utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records
- Assisting with corporate, campus, and engineering recruiting efforts to support our team's growth
- Applying human resources software and management systems to streamline HR processes
- Providing exceptional customer service when handling inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintaining an environment of confidentiality to protect employee information and company data
- Demonstrating flexibility in handling various HR tasks and responsibilities
- Assisting with executive recruiting efforts to attract top-tier leadership talent
- Supporting HR administration duties to ensure smooth department operations
- Leveraging strong technical skills to optimize HR processes and systems
- Applying detailed-oriented approach to all tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficiency in HRIS - Human Resources Information Systems
