The Opportunity :

This isn’t your typical Journeyman role. We are looking for someone who is motivated to grow with us, both as a trusted leader in the field and as a contributor to our business strategy. You’ll start by working directly alongside the owner—allowing for a thorough evaluation of your skills and one-on-one training to align with our systems and standards. Once you’re up to speed, you will advance into a Working Foreman position, where you will oversee projects, work on the projects and mentor an Electrical Trainee (ET).

What You’ll Do :

  • Work closely with the company owner to learn our processes and prove your skillset.
  • Transition into a leadership role as a Working Foreman, supervising and training an Electrical Trainee.
  • Oversee and execute various commercial and residential electrical projects.
  • Serve as a professional representative with customers and business partners.
  • Help shape and implement company-wide standards and procedures.

    • Who We’re Looking For :

  • Experience : 5+ years as a Journeyman Electrician, with a valid state license.
  • Leadership : Ready and eager to take on a foreman / leadership role.
  • People Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Comfortable working directly with customers, colleagues, and business owners.
  • Organization : Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage projects efficiently—even under pressure.
  • Desire to Grow : Interested in advancing your career as our company grows, with opportunities for expanded responsibilities and leadership.
