Position : HVAC Service Technician

Full Time year-round permanent position up to $48 Per hour DOE + Excellent Benefits package!

Location : Stamford CT and service to NYC immediate areas for our commercial and residential customers.

Pay : Up to $48 / hr DOE

MUST HAVES :

EPA 608 Certification (Required)

Driver's License (Required)

CT S1&2, OR SM 1&2, OR D1 or D2 licenses (Required)

Job Description :

Service, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for both commercial and residential customers in the NYC and CT area!

Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems.

Mentor apprentices on the proper procedures for the job.

Travel to job sites in the service area, and work with dispatch to ensure the schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customers.

Ability to work well independently as well as in a team!

Proper documentation from start to finish of repair with use of an electronic tablet utilizing Build Ops software.

Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.

HVAC Service Technician Qualifications :

Must have minimum 3 years of HVAC Service experience.

Ability to braze / solder and read and interpret electrical diagrams / blueprints.

Ability to work on interior package units up to 30T

Ability to lift / carry 50LBS +

Ability to climb on a ladder.

Valid EPA 608

Valid driver's license.

OSHA 10.

Ability to travel to 39 Broadway NYC to get supplies

Ability to pass Background / Drug Screen.
