Position Summary

The Sourcing Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and qualifying candidates through a variety of sourcing methods. This role builds strong talent pipelines across multiple requisitions and provides essential support to the recruiting team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Review applicant credentials and present qualified candidates to the recruiting team
• Analyze job descriptions to develop effective sourcing strategies
• Perform administrative tasks to support recruiting initiatives
• Leverage sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, college networks, ATS platforms, and social media
• Partner with recruiters to support sourcing needs across multiple roles
• Maintain accurate documentation within the ATS
• Complete additional duties as assigned
