Sourcing Recruiter
Location : Addison, TX (Hybrid)
Employment Type : Contract (Potential Contract-to-Hire)
Pay Rate : $22–$32 / hour (Depending on Experience)
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Recruiter for a hybrid opportunity based in Addison, TX . This role supports a large healthcare organization and offers the chance to work with a collaborative team committed to excellence and internal growth.
Position Summary
The Sourcing Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and qualifying candidates through a variety of sourcing methods. This role builds strong talent pipelines across multiple requisitions and provides essential support to the recruiting team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Review applicant credentials and present qualified candidates to the recruiting team
- Analyze job descriptions to develop effective sourcing strategies
- Perform administrative tasks to support recruiting initiatives
- Leverage sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, college networks, ATS platforms, and social media
- Partner with recruiters to support sourcing needs across multiple roles
- Maintain accurate documentation within the ATS
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
1–4 years of experience in sourcing or candidate screeningExperience using an ATS (iCIMS preferred)Background in clinical or healthcare recruiting strongly preferredStrong research, networking, and database search skillsCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and collaborativelyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and internet-based sourcing toolsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentWhy Work With Wheeler Staffing Partners?
