About the Role :

Join Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Roseville CA as a Plumbing Operation Manager where you will lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional plumbing services. This role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence and ensure customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Implement operational best practices to improve efficiency and achieve target gross margins.
• Manage branch expenses including labor vendor contracts inventory and fleet operations.
• Oversee facility maintenance inspections and repairs to safeguard company assets.
• Enforce OSHA compliance and company safety standards including training assessments and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing permitting and local code requirements.
• Recruit hire and develop service staff; manage performance schedules priorities and assignments to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver ongoing technical and communication training through ride-alongs in-house sessions webinars and company learning platforms.
• Review service documentation conduct job site evaluations and maintain procedural compliance among field personnel.
• Support dispatch operations to ensure accurate job scheduling technician matching and proper time documentation.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly through clear professional communication.
• Coordinate with HR weekly on staffing needs and manpower planning.
• Attend and participate in company-sponsored training and leadership development.

Compensation : $85000.00 - $100000.00 per year
