We are looking for an experienced Senior Game Designer to bring their expert game design skills to help build a new game within our Narrative studio, the team behind the hit mobile game Harry Potter : Hogwarts Mystery. Youll have the opportunity to collaborate with top industry talent and take ownership of the development process from initial concept to final product. If youre an expert in puzzle design with an interest in narrative adventure, this role could be for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the design and development of new gameplay mechanics, systems, and features.
• Create and maintain game design feature specs to clearly communicate design flows and functional details.
• Work with the design lead to present, pitch, and articulate design concepts to team members, leadership, and stakeholders to build consensus.
• Prototype and iterate on gameplay mechanics, using user testing and feedback to refine design direction.
• Propose innovative, player-centric systems and content that enhance engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, art, narrative, product) to align on creative goals and execution.
• Balance and tune systems using spreadsheet modeling and data-driven analysis.
• Stay current on design trends and competitor products, particularly in casual titles with narrative and puzzle gameplay.
