Job Description We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with a focus on NICU to provide high-quality care in a pediatric and neonatal critical care environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience, but first-time travelers with strong skill sets will be considered. This role requires proficiency in specialized neonatal / pediatric procedures and the ability to effectively manage ventilated patients. Responsibilities Provide respiratory therapy to neonatal and pediatric patients in critical care. Manage ventilator settings and troubleshoot high-pressure alarms. Assist in procedures including direct intubation and neonatal transports. Administer medications via various delivery systems. Perform pulmonary hygiene and tracheostomy care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification. Current state licensure. ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS certifications preferred.
