Job descriptionWork in a hospital radiology department specializing in CT scanning Adult patient population with cases including trauma and emergent procedures Thursday, Friday, and Saturday overnight shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 8 : 00 AM No call required for this position Use of EPIC for charting Travelers may float to a nearby sister hospital as needed Unit consists of three CT suites with assignment to rooms as scheduled Perform CT scans, including trauma and emergent cases, while maintaining protocol adherence and patient safety Responsible for preparing, maintaining, and cleaning CT rooms and equipment after each use Monitor patients before and after contrast administration and communicate changes to appropriate staff Complete all documentation and protocol imaging in PACS / RIS systems in a timely manner Coordinate workflow, triage emergent procedures, and collaborate with radiologists and other staff for optimal patient care Comply with all HIPAA regulations, QA / QC standards, and infection control protocols Hospital-provided scrubs required as per department policy Assignment limited to one year from initial start date with a required 30–60 day break before returning Active ARRT RT(R) and ARRT RT(CT) certification Active NJDEP – New Jersey State X-Ray License required if applicable Current BLS certification Completion of a Radiographer Technical training program from an accredited school or college High school diploma or GED Experience with EPIC EMR preferred Must live at least 50 miles from the facility (no local candidates) High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
