Job descriptionReducing interviewer response latency to ~200ms. Scaling infrastructure to handle 1,000 simultaneous interviews while maintaining compliance across different geographies. Designing a vector database capable of handling complex trait-based candidate queries. Integrating with customers' internal hiring systems. Presenting interview data visually in a fast, intuitive way. Building out numerous feature requests related to data handling, automation, and UX. 3-7 years of full-stack engineering experience (senior+ level). Strong alignment with the required tech stack. Frontend : React (TypeScript) Cloud / DevOps : Azure, Kubernetes, Docker Backend : Python (Vector Databases, asyncio) Database : PostgreSQL Salary : $150K-$250K Equity : 0.01%-0.25% Visa Sponsorship : Not available Work Policy : On-site in San Francisco, CA Benefits : Health insurance, unlimited PTO Hiring count : 15 High talent bar : Looking for strong React / TS / Python alignment, impressive accomplishments, and strong academic or professional pedigree.
