J&R Schugel is Now Hiring Experienced CDL-A Refrigerated Drivers

Earn Up to 66 CPM - Onboarding Bonus!

J&R Schugel is looking for motivated, successful, and safety-oriented drivers that are interested in being a part of an EMPLOYEE OWNED Company that treats them with the respect they deserve. Our drivers enjoy great work / life balance, top industry pay, and well-equipped newer equipment.

Top Pay & Benefits :

  • Newly increased pay - earn 62 - 66 CPM

Earn $1,360 - $1,650 per week

  • Average 2,200 - 2,500 weekly miles
  • Veterans earn an additional 1 CPM
  • Onboarding bonus
  • Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, for more detailed information on our benefits visit
  • Vacation pay
  • Driver referral program : $2,000 per hired driver

    • ( Earnings based on experience & weekly mileage)

    ( Weekly miles & home time vary by location)

    Requirements :

  • Must have a valid CDL-A
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience
  • Prior refrigerated experience in the last 36 months preferred
  • Minimum age of 21
  • Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
  • Safe driving record (no serious traffic violations or patterns of irresponsible driving)
