Job description
A company is looking for a Grant Consultant - Davis-Bacon.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act for federally funded projects
Coordinate with contractors to ensure accurate certified payroll submissions
Track DBA variance requirements and prepare compliance reports
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in federal labor compliance or contract management
Knowledge of the Davis-Bacon Act and federal procurement processes
Proficiency with LCP Tracker or similar payroll management systems
Experience in managing compliance documentation for federal projects
