We're currently seeking a

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• to join our team and work under the supervision of our experienced Certified Occupational Therapist. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate COTA to work in a supportive, dynamic environment that values creativity, clinical excellence, and work-life balance.

What Youll Do :

Deliver engaging, evidence-based occupational therapy services to children in our clinic-based setting

Collaborate closely with occupational therapists, behavior analysts, and other team members to implement therapy goals

Provide direct therapy to support sensory regulation, fine motor skills, play, self-care, and social participation

Track and document session notes and progress in coordination with supervising OT

Communicate effectively with families, supporting carryover of therapy techniques into the home

What Were Looking For :

Associates degree from an accredited COTA program

Illinois state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Experience working with children (pediatric or autism experience strongly preferred)

A team-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for helping children thrive

Strong organizational and communication skills
