Shift Manager

WHO :

Englefield Inc. is launching an exciting, new, Fast Casual restaurant concept. We are looking for Shift Managers who have a strong sense adventure, a love for fresh food, the ability to be flexible, and love a face- paced environment. We are looking for leaders who want to be “in charge”

What :

As a Tic Tac Taco Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the hands-on day-to-day activities of the restaurant. This includes initiatives in the areas of administrative responsibilities, training & development, Performance reviews, Product Quality, Inventory Cost controls and Maintenance while usually working a 35-to-40-hour work week. Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
