Position Overview

The Corporate and Foundations Development Manager will play a key role in expanding and sustaining Better Angels' partnerships with corporations, foundations, and other institutional funders. This individual will lead efforts to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward philanthropic and in-kind support from organizations that share our commitment to creating pathways out of homelessness. In addition to securing financial support, this role will manage gifts-in-kind initiatives and corporate volunteer programs, ensuring that every partnership leverages both financial and human capital to maximize community impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, cultivate, and steward relationships with corporate and foundation partners to secure grants, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
• Write and edit compelling proposals, grant applications, and reports tailored to funders.
• Manage the corporate and foundation fundraising pipeline, track deadlines, and maintain accurate records in the Better Angels CRM.
• Support leadership and program teams in preparing briefings, materials, and presentations for donor meetings.
