Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A leadership opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Manager to oversee and expand pharmacy operations with a focus on telemedicine and B2B / B2B2C markets. This role requires strategic vision to drive growth, optimize efficiency, control costs, and enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities : Design and lead initiatives to grow pharmacy operations across telemedicine and B2B / B2B2C channels, aligning efforts with core business objectives. Provide comprehensive training, support, and documentation to pharmacy staff for adoption of new technologies, workflows, and industry best practices. Manage the full lifecycle of technical solutions including requirements gathering, system design, deployment, testing, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications : Active and clear Pharmacist license in New Jersey Minimum of 8 years of pharmacy experience, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role Proven experience in pharmacy operations, particularly in mail order, telehealth, or B2B models
