Overview :
- We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and hands-on experience with Conga Apttus .
- 8 to 10 years of business systems analyst experience, including 3+ years dedicated to CLM solutions with strong knowledge of Conga Apttus modules, configurations, data models, and integration points.
- Proven expertise in contract lifecycle management processes (drafting, approvals, negotiations, e-signature, renewals and obligations management).
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and how CLM integrates with CRM, CPQ and ERP architecture.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT to analyze processes, identify improvements and design scalable solutions.
- Lead requirements workshops and translate complex business needs into clear documentation (business requirements, use cases, process flows, and specifications).
- Partner with technical teams to design solutions that align with overall business strategy and objectives.
- Develop and execute test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodology and tools such as Jira, including facilitating standups and managing stories.
- Strong leadership, collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across global teams and convey complex issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
