The TMC Client Partner serves as a primary Benefits liaison to all departments with dedicated expertise in benefits administration and wellness. This role primarily provides employees and managers with guidance on health, retirement, and leave programs, ensures accurate benefits processing, and promotes well-being initiatives that enhance the employee experience but also assist with transactional HR functions (Banner data entry, onboarding, HR operations support). Benefits Administration

• Serve as primary contact for benefits and leave programs.
• Counsel employees on health, retirement, and wellness benefits.
• Support claim resolution with vendors and agencies.
• Track, monitor, and report on leave compliance (FMLA, ADA, VSDP).
