TEKsystems in Bend, OR is hiring Help Desk Analysts. Project is for a minimum of 6 months. Hours of operations are Monday - Saturday with varying hours from 5am - 8pm. Client is an enterprise level environment. Work closely with existing staff, learning new technologies and supporting this world class leader. Assist with the following calls :
1. Troubleshoot password resets and login issues.
2. Troubleshoot hardware issues such as keyboards, mouse and screens.
