About the Role

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and measurement of Goettl’s social media presence. You will create engaging, on-brand content that connects with customers, recruits, and employees across multiple platforms. You’ll also be the point person for analyzing performance, spotting trends, and ensuring our messaging reflects the Goettl difference.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute Goettl’s social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms

Create, edit, and publish compelling content including video, graphics, and storytelling posts that reflect our brand voice

Partner with recruiting and marketing teams to drive candidate engagement and customer awareness

Respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner

Manage paid campaigns in coordination with marketing leadership to maximize reach and ROI

Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, using insights to refine future campaigns

Stay on top of social trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep Goettl ahead of the curve

Collaborate with internal teams to highlight company culture, field success stories, community involvement, and employee recognition

What You Bring

Proven experience managing corporate social media channels with measurable results

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills that bring a brand to life

Ability to create multimedia content (video, photography, design skills a plus)

Knowledge of social media analytics tools and paid campaign management

A track record of building engaged online communities

Committed and progressive work history

Ability to pass a background and drug screen upon offer

Clean motor vehicle record with an active driver’s license
