Medical Consultant (Psychiatrist)

C. is currently seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Adult Psychiatrist to join our medical group at the Kaiser East Interstate or Mt. Scott medical offices in Portland, OR. We use a combination of face-to-face care and the latest virtual modalities to provide evidence-based, psychiatric treatments, including primary care consults, crisis interventions and medication consultation.

You will provide a combination of onsite and virtual care. You will work in a care model that provides 50% virtual visits and must be able to work at the local clinic the other 50% of the schedule. You must have experience with digital technologies (examples include telehealth and / or digital health) and demonstrate both flexibility and adaptability to incorporate these into your practice as we continue to evolve our virtual care model. ~$301,929 - $366,000 – Projected Annual Total Rewards Value

~$50% telepsychiatry / 50% in clinic

~21% employer contribution to retirement programs, including pension (This is not a match; NWP contributes an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement programs regardless of employee contribution)

~90%+ employer paid health plan

~ In addition to Projected Annual Total Rewards value, New Hire Incentives include :

Generous sign-on bonus - up to $50K

Relocation allowance - up to $15K
