Ohio Licensed Triage Specialist

A company is looking for a Triage Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and manage patient calls, document actions, and schedule appointments

Provide patient guidance and information, including scheduling follow-up appointments

Monitor pharmacy requests and outside lab work, ensuring proper documentation and communication

Required Qualifications

High school graduate with computer experience

At least one year of experience in an ophthalmic / optometric medical office

Must maintain OSC or higher licensure

Proficient in Word, Excel, and Access

Experience in customer service and handling medical office tasks
