Registered Nurse (RN) - 4N Medical StepdownNight Shift - (Hours : 7p -7a) Weekend & Holidays per department guidelines.Wilmington, DEChristianaCare - Wilmington Hospital seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our 4N Medical Stepdown Unit. The Unit4N is a Medical Stepdown Unit caring for patients with diagnoses affecting all systems : Pneumonia, COPD, HF, Stroke, change in mental status, diabetes, wounds, UTI, Pancreatitis, and cellulitis. The patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. The unit provides staff with various learning experiences in a fast-paced environment. Working on a mixed-acuity unit will enable you to become ACLS certified, learn from critical and emergent patient situations, and apply best practice techniques from evidence-based care.
