Job Title : HVAC Maintenance Technician

Location : Eugene, OR and surrounding service areas

Schedule :  Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (Hours vary depending on business needs; overtime may be required)

Pay : $20 - $24 / hr (DOE)

Position Summary

In this full-time position, you will perform routine maintenance on HVAC and ductless systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure our customers’ systems run efficiently year-round. This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys working with people, and wants to develop a career in the HVAC industry. No previous HVAC experience is required — we provide full training and the tools you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC and ductless systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues
• Communicate service needs and updates clearly to customers
• Manage time to complete tasks within scheduled appointments
• Keep company vehicles and workspaces organized and clean
• Attend company training and meetings as required
