What You’ll Be Doing :

• Welcoming job seekers and making them feel like VIPs from the moment they walk in
• Interviewing and screening candidates for immediate and future job placements
• Making proactive outbound calls to local businesses to uncover hidden hiring needs
• Creating and managing engaging social media content to attract top talent
• Partnering with our Sales Rep to build strong business relationships in the community
• Problem-solving and thinking fast to fill jobs and meet urgent client needs
• Communicating clearly, quickly, and often—with both clients and associates
