Itinerant Occupational Therapist

Location : Yreka, CA

Pay : $50$58+ per hour, based on experience

Blazer Jobs is interviewing experienced Itinerant Occupational Therapists (OT) for school-based positions across districts in the Yreka, CA area. This position allows you to serve multiple school sites and provide essential therapy services to students with diverse needs.

Requirements :

Active California OT license issued by the California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT)

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

Prior school-based experience preferred

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities :

Provide assessments and individualized therapy services across multiple school sites

Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, and functional life skills

Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate documentation and reports
