Overview

The Jefferson Hotel in Richmond, VA, is seeking a professional and dependable Bell Staff member to join our Guest Services team. This frontline position is responsible for creating a memorable arrival and departure experience for guests through courteous, attentive, and efficient service. The ideal candidate is polished, personable, and committed to delivering hospitality of the highest standard. This role requires flexibility, including occasional overnight and overtime shifts.

Key Requirements

• Availability : Must be able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays. Availability for any shift between 7 : 00 AM and 11 : 00 PM is required, with the ability to work the midnight / overnight shift as needed. Must also be willing to work overtime when required .
• Licensing : Must possess a valid Virginia driver’s license and provide a current driving record with 0 or more points.
• Experience : Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred, especially in a luxury or high-volume environment.
• Professionalism : Must be dependable, well-groomed, clean-cut, and maintain a neat, professional appearance at all times.
