Home-based Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for passionate and experienced Nurse Practitioners to join our team and conduct In-Home Health Risk Assessments.

• Flexibility : Work on your schedule! Set your own hours, 7 days a week between 8am and 8pm. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role.
• Compensation : Earn $100 for each completed in-home Health Risk Assessment (each assessment takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour), plus a daily stipend of $60 and a $25 payment for no-shows.
• Location : Choose the counties you want to cover! We have high patient volume opportunities available.

About the Role :

As a Nurse Practitioner conducting comprehensive Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage patients, you will play a crucial role in understanding patients' health and well-being beyond what is typically captured in office visits. This includes reviewing medical histories and exploring patients' social environments to provide insights that enhance overall care quality.
