Type of Position : Seasonal – Full-Time

Schedule : Must be available to work on holidays and weekends.

Pay Range : $26.00-$29.00 / hr., actual pay based on experience and qualifications.

Summary

Responsible for assisting Guest Service Manager and Assistant manager in leading department employees and navigating challenges of daily operations. Maintain interactions with public on mountain and in base area, maintain high quality of operations on high volume days by assisting other departments. The Supervisor will ensure guests have a great experience at Loveland exhibiting friendly and professional interactions. This person will create and maintain a culture focused on safety and hold a high standard of safety awareness in all aspects of the job. The Supervisor will disseminate information confidently, clearly, and plainly. The Supervisor must be knowledgeable of Loveland Ski Area terrain and premises. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees, with safety and fun as our top priorities.

Essential Functions

• Ability to operate vehicles in a safe efficient manner, adhering to established defensive driving practices.
• Transport guests between Resort’s base areas.
• Ability to drive on mountainous highways in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions at high altitude.
• Supervises maintenance of on-mountain cabins, including cleaning, snow removal and trash removal.
• Supports Manager and Assistant Manager in supervising and supporting the Guest Services team, providing leadership of the team in the absence of the Manager and Assistant Manger.
• Assists with supervision of 15 – 20 employees
