ROLE DESCRIPTION :

We are looking for a team member with attention to detail, great customer service skills, and a desire to help people protect those things that are important to them. You will grow your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members we support and serve. RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Establish customer relationships and use good communication to follow up with customers as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

  • Monday through Friday, 8am to 4 : 30pm work schedule
