What You’ll Be Doing:
Serve as the primary administrative support to leadership and internal teams
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle scheduling logistics
Prepare reports, presentations, and professional correspondence
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Assist with project coordination and tracking deadlines
Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Support office operations to ensure day-to-day efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of administrative experience in a professional office environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
Polished, professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
