• Collect and submit detailed field documentation, including photos, measurements, and written notes

• Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

• Maintain professional communication with policyholders and carrier partners

• Manage assigned claims from inspection through submission while meeting required timelines

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Ability to obtain an Oregon adjuster license

• Working knowledge of Xactimate or Symbility

• Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard adjusting tools

• Strong organization and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and handle a steady workload
