Overview

We are an 18+ years established US-based Travel Agency seeking initiative-taking and meticulous Travel Agents for our India Operations Call Center at our Ahmedabad Branch

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years professional Travel Agent experience
• NIGHT SHIFT is mandatory (to support US daytime operations)
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
• Hands-on experience with Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo GDS (MUST)
• Expertise in building, implementing, and selling Air Itineraries, Tours, and Packages globally
• Familiarity with US Markets and Non-US Markets (Europe, Africa, Middle East, East Asia, Asia, Indian Subcontinent)
• Strong ability to understand and anticipate client needs and travel preferences
• Ability to manage high-volume phone and email conversations in English
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience in building marketing campaigns
• Accounting knowledge is a plus
• Daily responsibilities include : outbound calls, correspondence, quoting, creating new accounts, reporting, and handling special campaigns
• Building relationships with new prospects and suppliers and collaborating closely with peers
• Negotiating unique supplier deals and analyzing competition
