- Manage wrap projects from intake through installation, ensuring seamless execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, keeping them informed and satisfied
- Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to keep timelines on track
- Review orders from the sales team for accuracy and clarity
- Schedule and track projects using production management tools
- Update customer information and communication through our CRM system
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and take payments
- Monitor daily work in progress and proactively resolve issues Qualifications : Required :
- Basic computer and software skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Customer service experience or aptitude
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Team player with a proactive mindset Preferred :
- Background in account management, logistics, or customer service
- Experience with wrap industry workflows or production processes
- Familiarity with CRM and project management software Compensation : $40k - $55k yearly
