• Your role helps create memorable stays and keeps hotel operations running smoothly.

Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries Process reservations, cancellations, and coordinate guest services across departments Maximize room revenue through effective suggestive selling Audit daily accounts ensuring accuracy in guest billing, city ledgers, and credit transactions Verify end-of-day reports and work completed by other departments Handle guest complaints professionally, ensuring quick and positive resolutions Operate front office equipment including cash register, PBX phone system, and franchise terminals Maintain an organized, welcoming, and clean front desk area Participate in management-on-duty (MOD) rotation as scheduled Perform additional tasks as needed to support hotel operations What We’re Looking For :
