Location : Orlando, FL
Schedule : Hybrid (4 days on-site / 1 day remote)

As a Tax Sr / Manager, you will serve as an integral part of the firm's Tax Advisory practice, with tremendous growth opportunities, working in conjunction with tax and financial professionals.
About you :
- You are an accomplished direct tax professional
- You have a CPA designation or are actively working on obtaining your CPA
- You have broad exposure to federal, state, and international income taxation matters
- You have excellent analytical and organizational skills
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- You are proficient in forms 1040, 1065, K1, 1120-S, etc.
What you will do :
Help supervise the efforts of multiple client services teams on client engagements; planning, executing, directing, and completing tax projects in a wide variety of industries; providing innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise to clientsEffectively manage engagement fundamentals (i.e., realization, utilization, leverage, accounts receivable, expenses)Conduct primary review of complicated or complex tax returns prepared by staff and make recommendations on return preparation regarding accuracy and tax savings opportunitiesPrepare tax returns for strategic clientsConduct primary review of ASC 740 income tax provision engagementsMaintain a good working relationship with clients as the primary service team contact and work effectively with client management and staff at all levels to gather information and perform tax servicesWhat will you need :
You will need 2+ years of relevant tax experience in a CPA firm, a professional services firm, or a tax consulting practiceYou have a CPA designation or are actively working to obtain your designationAn advanced tax degree (MST, JD, LLM) is preferredBachelor of Science degree in Accounting or TaxYou have the ability to work at a fast pace, providing timely communication on key risks and potential adjustmentsYou have the demonstrated supervisory (not a must have), training, mentoring and staff development skillsYou must need a strong commitment to professional advancement
