This position requires a senior ETL and report developer to perform business and systems analysis, modeling, design, and programming for Medicaid reports development and maintenance using Oracle and PL / SQL technologies. The developer will collaborate with the Medicaid team to enhance reporting code based on change requests and fix defects.

The role involves working with internal teams to deliver weekly and monthly reports for internal offices and CMS, along with ad hoc reports to meet legislative requirements. Responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing Medicaid reports, including critical CMS reports, and delivering data into CSDW and BIDP for federal reporting.

Collaboration with the Medicaid application development team is essential for developing code for existing and new requirements. The developer will interact with the Medicaid business team, work with an agile team for testing, and coordinate with the release team for source control and deployment activities.

Required skills include strong experience in Oracle, PL / SQL, Business Intelligence and reporting tools (BIRT), Power BI, Azure Synapse, and understanding of the IBM Curam framework for product delivery and financial reports. The role also involves developing ETLs, dashboards, and supporting Medicaid program migration to Cloud Architecture as part of modernization efforts.

This position will have a leadership component, mentoring other report developers, establishing standards, and ensuring quality across the reporting area.
