User Researcher

A company is looking for a User Researcher to work with product and design teams to conduct user research and generate actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Partner with teams to scope and lead tactical research, communicate findings, and assist in planning Create impactful deliverables that communicate insights and recommendations to drive action Manage the research process, including planning, conducting activities, and reporting results Required Qualifications BS or MS in Interaction Design, Cognitive Science, HCI, Anthropology, Psychology, or equivalent experience 3-5 years' experience in user research for digital products, preferably for technical users Strong understanding of user needs and ability to generate actionable insights Proven knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies Familiarity with data collection and analysis tools such as Qualtrics and Amplitude
