Based in Nashville and trusted by many of the top names in entertainment, ministry and worship, CTS has been providing the technology and expertise for extraordinary live experiences for nearly 40 years.

The CTS team is expanding and in search of a rock-solid, full-time Integration Administrator, serving as a proactive partner to our Vice President of Integration and Integration teams.

This role is ideal for a self-driven professional who is excited by high standards, works seamlessly in dynamic team environments, and takes pride in ownership of outcomes. HOURS : Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm, 40 hours / week; FT, Non-Exempt

PAY RANGE : Dependent on experience and qualifications

WE ASK THAT YOU BRING THESE ESSENTIALS (and maybe even impress us with these) :

• Ability to self-start, be proactive, highly responsive and reliable.
• Demonstrated strength in calendar management—scheduling meetings and managing priorities for VP and integration team; proven success supporting executive or senior leadership.
• Proactively schedule all project crews, collaborating across internal teams and outside partners to ensure flawless execution.
• Oversee travel and per diem logistics for installation crews, anticipating needs and ensuring every detail is managed.
• Safeguard the integrity of all client and project records, maintaining impeccable documentation and efficient filing systems.
• Support monthly accounting and forecasting, providing timely, precise insights that empower better leadership decisions.
• 3+ years in an administrative, operational, or coordination role—preferably supporting executive / senior leadership; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Demonstrated excellence in organizational skills, attention to detail, and process improvement
• High proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce CRM, and cloud-based productivity tools
• Valid Driver’s License
