Location : Reston, VA

Schedule : Every Other Weekend (Saturday & Sunday), Split Shift :

Morning Shift : 9 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM

Evening Shift : 4 : 00 PM – 8 : 00 PM

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality care for a paralyzed male client in a wheelchair. The ideal candidate will have experience in assisting individuals with transferring via board or have the ability to learn with a strong passion for enhancing the quality of life of their clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist with all aspects of personal care, including bed-baths, , and grooming

Perform transfers in and out of a wheelchair

Help with toileting and incontinence care

Provide assistance with meal preparation as needed

Monitor vital signs and report any changes in health condition to appropriate parties

Assist with light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with transportation and mobility around the home and for appointments or outings (rare)

Ensure client’s safety and comfort at all times

Requirements :

Current CNA certification in Virginia or Maryland

Previous experience working with paralyzed or mobility-impaired clients preferred

Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and transferring

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
