Quality Specialist – Temp

Location : Fitchburg, MA

Pay Rate : $24 / hr

Duration : Temp, 2–3 months

Shift : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Specialist to join our manufacturing team. This role focuses on maintaining calibration systems, reviewing batch records, and coordinating document change activities in a medical device manufacturing environment . The ideal candidate has experience with medical device documentation, good attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Review batch records to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to customer shipment.
• Coordinate document change activities for procedures, work instructions, and forms.
• Maintain and manage the calibration system, logs, and records.
• Participate as primary internal auditor and support training for other internal auditors.
• Monitor quality system activities to ensure timely audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
• Provide dimensional inspection support to production departments as needed.
• Assist with employee training and support for changes in quality procedures.
