Responsibilities
Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients as prescribed.
Monitor and assess patient progress and response to therapy.
Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient care strategies.
Utilize performance metrics to track and improve personal success.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments.
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in all procedures.
Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care and performance outcomes.
Assist in the development of respiratory care protocols and guidelines.
Stay updated on advancements in respiratory therapy techniques.
Provide feedback on equipment and treatment effectiveness.
Experience / Qualifications
Valid respiratory therapy license in Georgia with relevant certifications.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Experience in administering respiratory therapy treatments in clinical settings.
Proven ability to monitor and assess patient progress accurately.
Willingness to stay updated on advancements in respiratory therapy techniques.
Strong communication skills to educate patients and families effectively.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team environment.
