IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer (Full-Time)

Location : Mostly Onsite in Milford, CT, with Occasional Travel

The IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer manages and enhances our Microsoft cloud environments, enforces security and compliance standards, and provides advanced support across multiple locations. This role combines hands-on system administration with collaboration and knowledge sharing to improve the efficiency, reliability, and security of our growing IT ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is technically strong, self-sufficient, and thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment where flexibility and proactive problem-solving are essential. You are adaptable, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment . Y ou’re comfortable working across multiple systems and locations, balancing strategic problem-solving with hands-on technical execution. Key Responsibilities Microsoft 365, Entra & Intune Administration

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Manage Intune MDM for Windows, macOS, and iPadOS devices — ensuring proper configuration, compliance, and deployment.
• Implement and manage identity and access controls, MFA, and conditional access policies.
• Streamline onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning and access management.
