Respiratory Therapist Travel II

Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Respiratory Therapist Travel II for their Fairfield, CA location.

Responsibilities :

• The Respiratory Care Practitioner has the responsibility, accountability, and the authority to deliver safe, effective, quality respiratory care according to the philosophy and goals / objectives, policies, procedures, guidelines and objectives of Respiratory Care Services.
• The RCP, utilizing the Relationship Based Care Model and the four C’s of the Client Way assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care for all patients assigned to his / her care.
• The RCP makes determinations regarding the progress of the patient toward goals and utilizes a therapeutic professional relationship with the patient / family and interdisciplinary team to facilitate the promotion, maintenance, and restoration of health.
• Care is provided according to the specific physiologic, developmental and psychosocial needs of the patient.
• Supports the mission, vision, values and expectations of excellence of the organization.
