Bridgeport Hospital Milford Campus, part of Yale New Haven Health, is seeking a full-time Day Hospitalist to join its inpatient team. This role follows a seven-on / seven-off block schedule, offering both professional stability and work-life balance. The position provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality inpatient care in a supportive, collaborative environment with access to the resources of a leading health system.

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care, including admissions, daily rounds, and discharges.
- Manage diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and coordination of care with nursing staff and specialists.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions.
- Participate in rapid responses and inpatient emergencies as required.
- Serve as a professional leader and role model, participating in hospital committees, promoting best practices, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
