Qualified Staffing is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to support daily operations for our client in Jackson, GA. T his position plays a key role in assisting clients, coordinating appointments, and ensuring exceptional service delivery in a public health environment.
Pay : $15.00 / hour
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM (20–29 hours per week)
Responsibilities :
- Communicate professionally with clients and healthcare providers
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines
- Schedule and confirm client appointments following approved communication scripts
- Assist clients with intake forms and navigating available services
- Handle all client inquiries with professionalism and care
- Collect payments, reconcile daily funds, and accurately enter data into the system
- Support front desk operations and adapt to changing policies and procedures
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of two years of administrative or clerical experienceStrong customer service and Microsoft Office skillsExperience in a medical or public health setting preferredBilingual (Spanish) a plusRequirements :
