Qualified Staffing is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to support daily operations for our client in Jackson, GA. T his position plays a key role in assisting clients, coordinating appointments, and ensuring exceptional service delivery in a public health environment.

Pay : $15.00 / hour

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM (20–29 hours per week)

Responsibilities :

  • Communicate professionally with clients and healthcare providers
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments following approved communication scripts
  • Assist clients with intake forms and navigating available services
  • Handle all client inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Collect payments, reconcile daily funds, and accurately enter data into the system
  • Support front desk operations and adapt to changing policies and procedures

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of two years of administrative or clerical experience
  • Strong customer service and Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in a medical or public health setting preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
  • Requirements :

    All candidates must complete required immunizations prior to onboarding (at their own expense) :

  • 2 doses MMR or lab proof
  • 1 dose Tdap
  • Recent TB skin test (or chest X-ray if previously positive)
