Program Manager (Packaging)

Our client, a world leader in consumer electronics, is looking for a “Program Manager (Packaging)” to be based out of Culver City (Long Term Contract).

Summary

You will be supporting packaging programs from concept through mass production. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to develop packaging structure and visual design while managing schedules, files, and approvals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage packaging programs from concept to production
  
• Coordinate packaging structure and artwork development with cross-functional teams
  
• Create and manage work orders for packaging artwork files
  
• Maintain packaging BOMs, file routing, annotations, corrections, and approvals
  
• Track program schedules, build plans, and deliverables
  
• Support packaging reliability testing with engineering teams
  
• Coordinate packaging samples, shipping, and supplier development
  
• Create purchase orders and support invoice approvals
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in program/project management, packaging, or graphic design
  
• Experience managing schedules, deadlines, and deliverables
  
• High attention to detail for reviewing and quality-checking files
  
• Familiarity with BOMs, documentation systems, or packaging workflows
  
• Knowledge of packaging or graphic design is a plus
  
• Bachelor’s degree required
