Assistant Project Manager

Purpose of Position
The Assistant Project Manager (APM) supports project teams to successfully deliver program management assignments across various client types, including K12 public schools and community recreation facilities. This role is located in the Washington, DC, area and requires 3-5 days of on-site attendance per week.

The APM is a trusted advisor to clients and takes full management responsibility for small-to mid-scale implementation projects with over $10M in total project costs. It also supports senior team members on large, complex programs.

This role's target base annual salary range is currently $75,000-90,000. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education, experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate, and pay relative to other team members.
