Real Estate Paralegal (Miami Beach) (Legal)

Busy Miami Beach real estate law attorney currently has a full-time employment opportunity for an experienced Paralegal. The office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 : 00 a.m. until 6 : 00 p.m. The firm will provide benefits that will include competitive compensation, medical insurance contribution, and paid holidays. The office is an established practice focused on all aspects of real estate transactions. Applicants must have at least 4 years of experience in a law firm or title company, and strong organization, administrative and communication skills. English is required, Spanish a plus. Must be a notary public.

The practice represents high net worth individuals in the high end real estate market. Day to day responsibilities include all responsibilities relating to pre-closing, closing and post-closing. Overall responsibilities to include preparing closing statements, escrow letters, closing checklists, order title searches, lien searches, estoppels and surveys and will be responsible for clearing title, and preparing title insurance policies and post-closing binders.
